Civic issues
Topics getting the most attention in Hagerstown public meetings, ranked by how frequently they come up.

Permit process frustrations

Sister city committee for Hagerstown, Indiana
Mike Kepner, who has driven the 14-year sister city relationship largely solo, wants the council to create a permanent committee with Chamber and tourism members. He also hopes to attract the Indiana school group's DC trips to overnight in Hagerstown.
